How ? What? Where? When? What?

Hello, today we talk about the a fresh new step and start. As daunting as it can it be it can be absolutely fulfilling.

It’s not easy and smooth. It’s a roller coaster ride with endless questions and doubts and possibilities of what all can and will go wrong.

It’s natural and humane to have questions and doubts. But don’t let that overpower. How? Let’s read below.

  1. Start Small; Think of small steps, rather huge. For a discussion with 100, start with 5. Move to 15, 25 and more. Keep Increasing as you move forward.

  2. A bit of Trial and Error; try new things at beginnings, keep experimenting but a fresh new canvas is always the best way to explore new ways is definitely is to try. Realize what’s working well for you and what isn’t.

  3. Doer over thinker! I read this quote:

The world needs dreamers and the world needs doers. But above all, the world needs dreamers who do. Sarah Ban Breatnach

If you spend up two minutes on this and think through, It would make a lot of difference and help immensely. Execution is the most important.

4. Constructive Criticism: Take feedback to be an area with scope. Not a something you aren’t good at. Look at it as something to work upon, to build upon, scale and improve. Use feedback in ways to come back stronger/better.

5. Impact; When starting small, we end up thinking about how small my reach is. What impact am I creating? Look at impact in terms of minds communicated with as- Think of a class of 40, and only 1 is listening. Is there a point of boasting having a class session of 40 people. Rather focus on even just 2-5 people. But make sure the impact is powerful.

Last and not the least give yourself a chance to be exceptional and to fail as well. Be fair and be strict when needed. You have all you got darling. Try your luck with the world!
