Feedback is a wonderful tool for ground-breaking changes. That makes or breaks the brand.


Or say, review/feedbacks have become the backbone of Digital Commerce.


For starters, speaking of amount, on an average for Fortune 500s, a company spends One Million to 30 million on consumer research related to Innovation.

That is more than Zimbabwe’s GDP!


Let’s talk about a few examples:


Amazon, you buy a product after looking at the feedbacks. Yep, right?


Zomato, as soon as your food is delivered, the notification asks you how was the food?


Google Maps for the matter, has multiple reviews from people who have to be place you are eyeing to be.


According to Gartner’s research, companies that successfully implement customer experience projects begin by focusing on how they collect and analyse customer feedback.


So, the feedback as small as a star rating. As big as the paragraphs for the basis for development, for progress and Improvement.


Next time when you buy, shop and observe something, so make sure you pen down a few lines on that brand/place or person. It’s the foundation to future.
